Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), among the world's most popular name in the field of business information has released the inaugural edition of "India's Top ITeS and BPO Companies” a reference on the Indian BPO industry. The publication was launched by NASSCOM President Mr. Kiran Karnik, on 20th December 2005 at the ITC Hotel Windsor, Sheraton, Bangalore. He was glad that India's top export for the last fiscal was not a traditional commodity but a service-based knowledge industry.
The publication has listings of companies operating in ITeS and BPO space, indexed by location, verticals serviced and employee size. Based on various parameters, STPL has been listed at Serial Nbr 78 by D & B and the publication lists 155 outsourcing organizations servicing a gamut of industry verticals, including manufacturing, legal, banking and finance.
