On receipt of data from a client, the entry is appropriately logged and will directly move to Secure Data Control Unit (SDCU). Data is distributed and controlled by our Proprietary software, Secure Data Management System . Since the data flow to each process is controlled by SDCU, at no point of time data is available to unauthorized individuals which ensures complete security to the client's Data.
Secure Data Flow Process

All the files of each project are stored in Server and operators work with the files from the server. The Hard disks in the servers are mirror imaged with replication of data. Off-site backup is stored in high capacity tapes. Every project is backed up at different production stages on multiple media such as CD-ROMS, Tapes and ZIP cartridges. Right from scratch the data is archived in an electronic database for easy retrieval of data in future.
